Product
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of making a brand easier for AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others to mention and cite. It's a different job from SEO, which is about ranking in Google. GEO by TriloAI is an AI brand visibility monitoring tool built by TriloAI: it asks these AI platforms the questions buyers ask, measures whether your brand is mentioned and recommended, and suggests what to improve.
For Taiwan, the US, Japan, Korea and Global, each analysis queries 5 AI platforms at once: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude. For the China market we query 3 platforms instead: DeepSeek, Kimi and Qwen. Each run uses up to 15 buyer questions covering recommendations, comparisons, pricing, location and more; the actual count is shown in the report.
A report has three kinds of numbers: mention rate (the share of AI answers that mention you, with a 95% interval), the AI visibility score (which adds recommendations and rank, weighted by platform), and the GEO score (citability 20%, brand authority 20%, content quality 15%, technical SEO 10%, AI visibility 10%, platform readiness 10%, search presence 15%; search presence is how your website actually ranks on Google). The full method is on the Methodology page.
A full analysis (up to 15 questions on 5 AI platforms) usually takes about 8 minutes, sometimes a little over 10, and produces a report with recommendations. The free quick scan on our website takes about 1–2 minutes.
AI answers do vary, so the report shows the uncertainty: answers that mention you are asked again on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, up to 15 competitor-only answers are re-checked, and no more than 30 per report; a brand that doesn't reappear gets half credit for that answer. Mention rates come with a 95% interval and are marked “needs confirmation” when the interval spans more than one level. In our own test the same 14 questions asked twice gave mention rates of 31.5% and 41.7%, so compare runs using the same question set and check whether the intervals overlap.
Trials and pricing
Yes. The free quick scan on our website needs no sign-up and takes about 1–2 minutes: it checks how well AI can read your website and runs 2 live ChatGPT questions; enter your email to get a PDF of the results, once per email address. With a free account you can also run 1 preliminary analysis every 30 days at no credit cost: 7 questions each to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with the overview page of the report. The full analysis (5 AI platforms, up to 15 questions) needs a plan; agencies can also apply for a trial, and once approved we add one full analysis (3 credits) to the account.
There are three plans, billed monthly or annually (pay for 10 months, use 12): Starter at US$198 a month with 1 brand and 12 credits a month; Pro at US$398 a month with 3 brands, 36 credits a month, PDF export and share links; and Agency at US$1,198 a month with 15 brands, 120 credits a month and white label. Enterprise, for more than 15 brands, is quoted separately. Each full analysis uses 3 credits (5 AI platforms for Taiwan, the US, Japan, Korea and Global; 3 for China), and re-tracking an already analysed brand from the brand page uses 1 credit. Credits are valid for 12 months from issue and carry over. See the Plans and Pricing page for a full comparison.
Upgrade to the next plan for more credits (we don't sell credits separately). You can switch plans yourself on the Analysis Credits page, and upgrades take effect right away. Unused credits stay in your account for 12 months. Each full analysis uses 3 credits (AI platform analysis, competitor comparison, gap strategy and AI content); re-tracking from the brand page uses 1 credit.
Yes. Within 7 days of a payment, if you haven't used any credits, you can request a full refund; once credits are used or 7 days have passed, it's non-refundable. Enterprise plans and consulting services follow the quote. See the Refund Policy page for full terms.
To stop, cancel any time under Manage / cancel subscription in Account Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, you won't be charged again, and credits you already have stay usable for 12 months. To change plans (for example, to upgrade), switch it yourself on the Analysis Credits page: upgrades take effect right away, downgrades at the end of the current period.
Agencies
Yes, on the Agency plan. Enter your company name, pick a brand colour and paste a logo URL in account settings, and exported PDFs carry your brand in the header and footer. Online share links can also show only your company name and logo, but the link itself is on geotriloai.com. PDF export and share links themselves come with the Pro plan and above.
No. We don't reach out to agencies' clients. Reports can carry your brand and you can resell them to your clients; our Terms of Service say so.
A new full analysis for each of 10 clients once a month is 3 credits × 10 = 30 credits a month, so the Agency plan (US$1,198 a month, 120 credits a month, up to 15 brands) covers it with room to spare. Each full analysis queries 5 AI platforms: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude. Re-tracking an already analysed client from the brand page uses 1 credit, though the questions may differ from last time. Credits are valid for 12 months and carry over.
Start with the free quick scan: no sign-up, about 1–2 minutes, it checks how well AI can read the client's website and runs 2 live ChatGPT questions; leave an email to get the PDF, once per email address. For a full report across 5 AI platforms, apply for the agency trial; once approved, we add one full analysis (3 credits) to your account.
Use the form on the For Agencies page or email service@triloai.org and we'll reply within 1 business day. The Agency plan manages up to 15 client brands in one account; for more than 15, ask us about Enterprise.
Yes. Markets include Taiwan, the US, Japan, Korea, China and Global, and questions are asked in that market's language. The report language is chosen separately: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean.
Compared with other tools
Not necessarily. Semrush (AI Visibility) and Ahrefs (Brand Radar) both track AI answers (checked on their websites on 2 October 2026), so teams already using them can start there for the big picture. If you need a Traditional Chinese interface and reports, questions written in each market's language, or reports under your own brand to hand to clients, GEO by TriloAI is built for exactly that. The two can be used together.
They measure different things. Social listening tracks how much people discuss you on social media, forums and news. AI visibility tracks whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude mention or recommend you when someone asks, and which websites they cite. Use social listening for online buzz and an AI visibility report to see whether AI recommends you. The two can be used together.
Data and security
We only collect what's needed to run analyses (such as brand name, website URL, contact email and usage records) to produce your report. We don't sell it to third parties or use it to train our own models. During analysis, questions and brand names are sent to AI services such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic; our Privacy Policy lists the third-party services that process data and what each one receives. You can ask us to delete your account and all analysis records at any time.
We are planning a public API; for now the focus is on the web interface and report export. If you need batch analysis or system integration, email service@triloai.org to discuss it.
